2.產品應用(yong)(yong)(yong):(1)煉鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)。用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)國(guo)防、航空、汽(qi)車、電(dian)器(qi)、化(hua)(hua)工(gong)、日常生活用(yong)(yong)(yong)品等(deng)。(2)鑄(zhu)造(zao)。礬土熟(shu)(shu)料加工(gong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)細(xi)粉做(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鑄(zhu)模后精鑄(zhu)。用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)軍工(gong)、航天(tian)、通訊、儀表、機械(xie)及醫療(liao)器(qi)械(xie)部(bu)門。(3)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)耐火制品。高(gao)(gao)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)礬土熟(shu)(shu)料耐火度高(gao)(gao)達1780℃,化(hua)(hua)學(xue)穩定(ding)性強、物(wu)理(li)性能良好。(4)硅酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)耐火纖(xian)維。具有重量輕,耐高(gao)(gao)溫,熱(re)穩定(ding)性好,導熱(re)率低,熱(re)容小和耐機械(xie)震動等(deng)優點。用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)鋼鐵、有色(se)冶金(jin)、電(dian)子(zi)、石油、化(hua)(hua)工(gong)、宇航、原子(zi)能、國(guo)防等(deng)多(duo)種工(gong)業(ye)(ye)。它(ta)是把高(gao)(gao)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)熟(shu)(shu)料放進(jin)融化(hua)(hua)溫度約(yue)為(wei)2000~2200℃的(de)高(gao)(gao)溫電(dian)弧(hu)爐中,經高(gao)(gao)溫熔化(hua)(hua)、高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)高(gao)(gao)速(su)空氣或蒸汽(qi)噴(pen)吹、冷卻,就成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了潔白的(de)“棉(mian)花”——硅酸(suan)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)耐火纖(xian)維。它(ta)可壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)纖(xian)維毯、板或織成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)布代替冶煉、化(hua)(hua)工(gong)、玻璃(li)等(deng)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)高(gao)(gao)溫窯爐內襯(chen)的(de)耐火磚。消防人(ren)員可用(yong)(yong)(yong)耐火纖(xian)維布做(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)衣(yi)服。(5)以(yi)(yi)鎂砂和礬土熟(shu)(shu)料為(wei)原料,加入適當結合劑,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)(yu)澆注盛鋼桶整(zheng)體(ti)桶襯(chen)效果甚(shen)佳。(6)制造(zao)礬土水泥(ni),研磨材料,陶瓷工(gong)業(ye)(ye)以(yi)(yi)及化(hua)(hua)學(xue)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)可制鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)的(de)各種化(hua)(hua)合物(wu)。
